Following the declaration by the World Health Organization of COVID-19 as a pandemic, local, regional, national and international bodies have moved to restrict travel and mass gatherings.

In light of these developments, and for the protection, health and safety of our T&D community, IEEE Power & Energy Society has made the decision to postpone the IEEE PES T&D Conference & Exposition.

We are pleased to announce new dates at McCormick Place South:
  • Conference    |   October 12 – 15, 2020
  • Exhibits         |   October 13 – 15, 2020
What does this mean for exhibitors?

To show our gratitude for your support of the IEEE PES T&D event we will guarantee no booth space rate increase for the 2022 show in New Orleans with the following conditions.  This rate of $32.00 per square foot rate guarantee will only be available to companies that exhibit in October and reserve their 2022 space during the allotted priority space selection time.
