How to register:

Authors and Presenters
Register as an "attendee" if you are an author/presenter or if you want to attend the conference technical sessions. Registration fees are the same whether you are an author/presenter or not.

Registration Policies:

• Registrations received by April 7, 2012 will receive the advance registration discount rate and have badges mailed.


• Changes, substitutions, lost or stolen badges may be subject to a $65 processing fee.


• Written cancellations will only be accepted before April 7, 2012 for a refund, less $35 cancellation fee. Refunds will be issued after May 31, 2012. See Cancellation Policy below.


• Event and tour tickets require an additional fee and are non-refundable.


• Children under 16 are not permitted in the exhibit halls or session rooms.


• IEEE, IEEE PES and Student members must provide membership number to register as a member.

Monday, May 7	7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday, May 8	7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Wednesday, May 9	7:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Thursday, May 10	7:00 a.m. - 10:00 a.m.

Registration will be located in the Hall C Lobby at the Orange County Convention Center West.
