Deadlines

Register before March 21, 2008 to receive a discounted rate.

If you'd like your badge mailed to you in advance you must register by April 11, 2008. Badges will be mailed beginning February 27, 2008.

Authors/Presenters
Regsiter as an "attendee" if you are an author/presenter or if you want to attend the conference technical sessions.
Registration fees are the same whether you are an author/presenter or not.


Exhibitor Registration


Onsite registration will be located on the Mezzanine Level, North Building of McCormick Place. The schedule of operation is as follows:

Monday, April 21	7:30 am-5:00 pm
Tuesday, April 22	7:00 am-5:00 pm
Wednesday, April 23	7:00 am-5:00 pm
Thursday, April 24	8:00 am-2:00 pm

*Children Under 16 years of age are not permitted

Cancellation and Substitution Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before March 21, 2008 to qualify for a refund. Use the Refund Request Form to request a refund. A $35.00 cancellation fee will be deducted for all cancellations received on or before March 21, 2008. Approved refunds will be processed after April 30, 2008. Cancellation requests received after March 21, 2008 may NOT be honored. Changes, substitutions, and lost or stolen badges may be subject to a $65.00 processing fee. All changes and substitutions must be faxed to 708-344-4444 or mailed to 2008 IEEE PES T & D Conference, P.O. Box 604, Brookfield, IL 60513-0604.
