Onsite registration will be located in Lobby H the Ernest N. Morial Convention Center. The schedule of operation is as follows:
*Children Under 16 years of age are not permitted Cancellation and Substitution Policy Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing on or before March 19, 2010, to qualify for a refund. A $35.00 cancellation fee will be deducted for all cancellations received on or before March 19, 2010. Approved refunds will be processed after April 30, 2010. Cancellation requests received after March 19, 2010, may NOT be honored. Changes, substitutions, and lost or stolen badges may be subject to a $65.00 processing fee.
