We can not assign booth space to any country needing a visa to attend due to time constraints.  Please watch the website beginning June 2011 for details on the 2012 Exposition in Orlando, FL.

PLEASE READ ALL OF THE INFORMATION BEFORE VIEWING THE FLOOR PLAN AND SELECTING YOUR SPACE.  Print this page for future reference.

Space will be assigned on a first come basis.  Please make six (6) selections, 10x10 minimum.
Two or more spaces may be combined (in the same row only) for larger space.

Show  Schedule:

Move-in will begin on Thursday, April 15, 2010 and continue through Monday, April 19.

Exhibits will open on TUESDAY, April 20.  Hours will be 10:00am - 5:00pm
  Conference Lunch in the exhibit hall Ð 11:30 Ð 1:00

Wednesday, April 21, 10:00am-6:00pm.
  Networking Reception in the exhibit hall - 4:30 Ð 6:00

Thursday, April 22, 10:00am Ð 3:00pm.
  Closing Celebration in the exhibit hall Ð 2:30 Ð 4:00

Sub-leasing or sharing exhibit space is prohibited.  Only the contracted company and its divisions will be listed in any promotional materials and the Final Program.

Applications may be refused or booth space restricted due to space limitations or other reasons determined by Show Management.  Incomplete applications will not be processed.

2010 Display  Rules

By applying for exhibit space, an exhibitor agrees to adhere to all conditions and regulations outlined below.  It is the responsibility of the exhibiting company to distribute information to ensure that all individuals staffing the booth or planning the booth design are aware of the rules and regulations governing the show.

No display material of any kind, including, but not limited to, signs, banners or logos may be suspended from the ceiling.

All floor space in your booth must be carpeted.  Show Management will authorize the official contractor to carpet, at the exhibitorÕs expense, any booth space not covered by 4:00pm, Monday, April 19th.

Machines may be exhibited in their normal commercial form, regardless of height.  All equipment must be placed at least one (1) foot inside the booth from the aisle line.  However, companies must try whenever possible to avoid blocking the view of a neighboring booth.

All draperies, back-drops, or other decorative material must be flameproofed.  All paper and other flimsy material used for decorative purposes are prohibited.

All booths must be set by 4:00pm, Monday, April 19th.  Any empty booths (i.e. no carpet, freight, ordered services) at 4:00pm, Monday, April 19th, will revert back to Show Management to be used at their discretion. 

Island Booths:  These booths surrounded by four aisles, may be built to a maximum height of 20 feet.

You must also comply with the following guidelines if you plan on constructing a double deck booth or an enclosed meeting space within your booth space.

  •   Booths with an enclosed space that holds more than 30 people must have two exits.
  •   Roof-top lounge areas and/or viewing platforms for safety purposes must be equipped with a solid railing around the perimeter at least 42 inches high.  Platforms with total area greater than 300 square feet must have two staircase entries with a solid railing at least 38 inches high.  Occupancy should not exceed nine persons at a time.  The bottom platform of double-decks and/or viewing platforms must not be placed within 5 feet of any main aisle, cross aisle or neighboring exhibit.  Chairs and tables are permissible on platforms but umbrellas, streamers, etc., are not.
  •    If your company plans to erect a double deck booth you must submit to Exposition Management by January 15, 2010, two (2) sets of floor plans, applicable building permit and a structural drawing certified by a licensed architect and/or structural engineer for approval by both Exposition Management and the New Orleans Convention Center.  Also, contact Show Management for further fire marshall regulations for two story construction.
  •   An island booth with any dimension greater than 30 feet and a perimeter wall greater than 4 feet in height must have an opening of at least 10 feet wide every 20 feet.
Split Island Booths: These booths are surrounded by three aisles. Booths 400 square feet or greater that back s to another booth euqal to or greater in size, the dividing back wall may reach to a maximum height of twenty feet (20'). The back of the dividing back wall must be clean and clear of any logos, names, or graphics.

Peninsula Booths:  These are booths surrounded by three aisles.

 All booths with 800 total square feet or larger may construct backwall to a maximum height of 12 feet for the full length of the backwall which separates the peninsula booth from one or more of its neighbors.  A roof-top lounge or viewing platform must comply with the rules stated in the island booth paragraph.

For booths with less than 800 total square feet, the backwall may not exceed 8 feet in height for one-half the distance centered, with the remainder not to exceed 4 feet in height.

Perimeter Booths:  Exhibitors located along perimeter walls of the exhibit hall.

Exhibiting companies may construct backwalls to a maximum height of 12 feet.  Partitions separating the sides of an exhibitor's booth from the neighboring booth(s) may extend to a maximum height of 12 feet, one-third of the distance from the backwall.  In the remaining two-thirds distance to the aisle line, no display material may exceed a height of 4 feet.

Inline Booths:  All other booths not defined above, with any backwall length.

No display material may exceed a height of 8 feet along the backwall line.  Side dividing partitions separating an exhibitor from the neighboring booth(s) may extend to a maximum height of 8 feet for one-third of the distance from the backwall line to the aisle line.  In the remaining two-thirds distance to the aisle line, no display material may exceed a height of 4 feet

NOTE:  There will not be 24 hour power on at the New Orleans Convention Center.  Should you require power for periods other than 1 hour before or after regular show hours you must inform the electrical desk in the service center.

If you require the lights be out over your booth you must notify show management in writing prior to March 15, 2010.  There will be a charge to you to have these lights turned out.  You must also be present on Monday, April 19th while this is being done.
