Application Process
Floor plans are live on our web site and updated daily as booths are assigned. Be sure to review the floor plans prior to submitting your application. Refer to the table below for ceiling and column dimensions.View Floorplans | Exhibit Space Application
- Space will be assigned on a first-come basis
- Exhibit Space Rate - $29.00 per square foot
- Please choose a minimum of six (6) selections, 10x10 minimum.
- Two or more spaces may be combined (in the same row only) for larger space.
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
- Applications may be refused or booth space restricted due to space limitations or other reasons determined by Show Management.
Included in your exhibit space rental:
- Back and sidewall pipe and drape (excluding island booths)
- Booth ID sign on white card stock - 7" x 44"
- *NEW - Free directory listing on show website, available in January 2012.
- Free listing in Final Program
- Admittance to the Opening Reception, Opening Session and the Opening Lunch, and Networking Reception in the Exhibit Hall
- Opportunity to present an Info-session, order form available in fall 2011
